Keith AbrahamsKeith brings an uncommon breadth of experience to his work as a Life and Executive Coach. He has practised as a qualified accountant (FCCA) for over 25 years, complementing his financial acumen with an MBA, that led him to senior management and directorship before he was 30. He has worked extensively in the business worlds as a finance director, a CEO and consultant, working for global manufacturing organisations and for SME service and distribution organisations.

During this time Keith enhanced his professional business qualifications with NLP, Person Centred & Psychodynamic Counselling, which were all powerful precursors to his qualification as a “Human Givens” Coach.

This left him with a clear understanding of both business and the human psychology (without the psychobabble!), all combing to enable him to help individuals & teams develop and succeed.

He is also unusual in the sense that he has and continues to devote much time and energy helping others through his charitable work, which has included emotional support, the homeless, in prisons and with addicts, and lately with difficult learners in schools.

It is with this breadth of background, experience and training that Keith is able to address a very wide range of issues with an equal variety of approaches ranging from acting as a life and executive coach to supporting all business requirements.

Keith is very pragmatic in his approach, keep it simple and sees barriers as just the need to acquire resources. He will use whatever technique that meets the client fully and works to build those resources; he has an individual approach that puts supportive and gentle humour at the centre of the process.

P ChannonA qualified NLP and EFT Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, he understands that although we have what’s necessary within ourselves to rediscover who we really are, we can all get distracted by our environment and the very pace of life from using that resource. Using a variety of strategies, he will work with you to help you get your life back on track, while you enjoy your personal development.

For most of his working life, Paul has worked or volunteered with various, unfunded UK agencies.

In work, he has spent more than 3 decades in IT, exploring how logic and methodology can benefit businesses, specialising in Business Intelligence, working for UK industries and American Corporations alike.

Away from that arguably sterile environment (although not entirely the case, since we mostly share our work time with others) he has found balance in giving time to helping those less able to protect themselves.

Outside of his career, the last 15 years has seen him focus on volunteering for a National charity, whose principle aim is to help people improve people’s emotional health and rediscover the value in their lives.

Alongside that, he has studied techniques to directly help people better enjoy their lives and find fulfilment both in work and play.

Barbara KirbyBarbara (MINSTSMM), qualified as a Leader, Mentor and Manager having gained experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Service and Warehouse operations, and lately in sales, especially in developing Telemarketing, Telepromotion and Teleselling skills.

As well as being a successful leader and mentor in these areas, Barbara (Barb) has well-honed skills in supporting businesses, introducing computer systems, having a canny knack of being able to “just get” how the system works, to capture its process in simple procedures, thereby communicating to, and training staff competently in their use.

She says “This instinct comes from years of experience in all the core processes and functions and having supported the installation of various ERP systems”. Barb is also Just Clarity’s Sage expert.

As a trained quality auditor, she is quickly able to review processes and procedures and help companies make prompt improvements to their business operations.

Ailsinn QuigleyAislinn (NASM) has over 20 years experience working as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for large leisure companies such as David Lloyd, Greenwich Leisure and Holmes Place Health Clubs.

Her strength lies in her ability to train staff in how to sell, as she understands both people and the sales process. While Aislinn has used her skills to set up her own health and wellbeing company specialising in the exercise element, she also delivers sales training courses to Fitness Professionals, with her key client being Kingston College.

In particular, Aislinn understands how to motivate your customers to buy. she focuses on the processes necessary to both win new clients and increase revenue with the existing.

NeelamDr. Neelam Taneja PhD has over 25 years of experience in business management at a senior level in international companies. [T/o £ bn2.0 – £m1.0] Neelam has worked in most of the functions of management including, customer service, marketing, sales, finance, IT, HR, manufacturing. He has experience of working at operational as well as head quarter level. In one of his jobs he was the Managing Director of a small food processing company. He is the founder of the charity ‘Inner Peace Centre for Conscious Living’ and the associated company Wellbeing and Healthspan Limited to promote wellbeing and and Health in the community suing the best practices from integrated medicine.. He is an accredited teacher of Meditation and Yoga teaching regularly. He has two children and two grandchildren.
